I am delighted to announce, with some delays, that Juliette FALKEHED, 1st year Master’s student in Governing the Large Metropolis, Sciences Po’s Urban School, received a student award for her paper entitled “The Greater Beirut Water Supply Project: analysis of a territorial socioecological change process in the provision of water services”, written for my class Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Cities (Spring 2019).

This paper is a valuable resource at a time when this project is under attack for its environmental flaws, as well as its financial cost.
